Hacienda to launch Small Homes Northwest Demonstration Project

So glad to hear that our Small Homes NW affordable ADU development is endorsed by the Oregon Housing Alliance and being re-introduced in the 2021 Oregon Legislative session by Representative Meek!

This important program, led by Hacienda CDC, Verde and other community based organizations, brings a Housing Justice view to ADU development. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the funding comes through! Read more about the proposal here.
