Toward Equitable ADU's in Displacement-rich Portland Neighborhoods

The Salazar Architect-infillPDX team is thrilled to be selected by a collaborative of community based organizations (Hacienda CDC, Rose CDC, PCRI, Verde and Kate Allen Development Services) to assist in creating an equitable and inclusive community-based accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Units will be developed to serve low income tenants in the Cully, Lents and Inner North/Northeast Portland. Funded by Meyer Memorial Trust. In the coming months we will be developing architectural research, schematic design and permit documents for several ADU prototypes. This effort is also funded in part by Salazar Architect's One+ program, where we donate staff time toward community based efforts. We're very excited to start the work!
