Virtual Groundbreaking for Fountain Place

Construction has started at the Fountain Place Apartments Redevelopment! We are proud to have collaborated with Home Forward, Lorentz Bruun Construction, and Peter Meijer Architect, PC (PMA) throughout the design & permitting process. The overall scope includes a full building redevelopment while retaining the unique historic character. Our team individually scoped & designed each residential unit to minimize construction budget while maximizing interior improvements & accessibility for residents.
