SW 170th & Rosa
Thoughtful infill, affordable housing
Our 170th Ave & Rosa project is a new affordable apartment development located in Beaverton, Oregon. The site is a few blocks from SW Farmington Rd, a major transit road in Beaverton. The site backs up to a single-family neighborhood consisting of 1 to 2-story homes. While SW Rosa Pl is a quiet road, SW 170th Ave is busier and includes a bus line that stops at the nearby corner. This makes the site prime for a slightly higher-density infill project that creates a tight-knit community and seamlessly adds to the existing neighborhood.
While the site will be divided into three individual plots, the project will read as one community with shared parking and an outdoor play area. Three quadplexes face SW 170th Ave, with planting and a waist-high fence separating the street from the homes. The quadplexes are made up of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units, which will allow a variety of families and individuals to create a vibrant community.
