Promising Progress for Small Homes NW!
In case you missed it, our Small Homes NW project with Hacienda CDC was recently approved for funding by the Oregon State Legislature in bill # HB 3335. Salazar Architect is very excited about restarting this pilot project soon, to create affordable rental homes and prevent displacement in BIPoC communities! Coincidentally, in the same week Alex Salazar spoke about the development at the Buildable Backyards Summit.
